Crumlin United have signed exciting talent Lee Dixon from St Mochtas.
The FAI Intermediate Cup winners lost left sided player Alan McGreal to the title hopefuls earlier in the window, but brought Dixon the other way this week.
Dixon brings League of Ireland and LSL experience to Pearse Park having played at Bohemians, Bray Wanderers, Tolka Rovers and St Mochtas.
The left sided player is a bit of a mercurial talent and on his day can be one of the best wide men in Intermediate football.
He has history of performing against Crumlin and as far back as the 2013/14 was exceptional against them off the bench for Paul Doyle’s Tolka.
With Carl Forsyth, Dean Hurley, Daniel Kelly and a number of Saturday prospects the flanks are an area Martin Loughran has good options in, but Dixon comes in to provide another attacking choice.
