LSL Premier Sunday side Corduff are the latest amateur side to confirm a new management team.
The side who will play Friday night football at IT Blanch next season have announced Davey Travers, ‘Dickie’ Doyle and John Cunningham at their senior coaching set up for next season.
All three have experience coaching underage at the progressive club, but will come as replacements for Jonathan Kerr, who will resume playing duties, and Gary Parkes as first team coaches.
Travers is arguably the most successful schoolboy manager in Dublin 15 after guiding his squad born 1998 to two All-Ireland semi finals, two all-Ireland quarter finals, 7 league titles and 5 cup final wins. The new first team coach also oversaw a squad that contained three players that transferred to English league sides and 7 players who still play League of Ireland at underage level.
Doyle and Cunningham are currently in charge of the under 16 Premier and both have playing and coaching experience at Corduff.
