After a year sabbatical from the tournament, the Leinster Senior League will compete in the Oscar Traynor Trophy again this season.
In a surprising move, the LSL has decided to be represented by a club rather than a representative squad of league players for this season’s competition.
The LSL will be represented in their group stage games by LSL Major Division champions Crumlin Utd. They have been drawn alongside current champions Dublin AUL as well as the Wicklow League and the Defence Forces.
Crumlin boss Stephen Kiernan will lead the side and will have the option of adding players from other clubs as the competition goes on.
