Dean Carpenter is top end top flight ready according to his new boss.
The Collinstown legend has just made the jump from LSL Major 1 Sunday to the League of Ireland top flight, but won’t need in a bedding in period according to Stephen Bradley.
The left back is already in the managers first team plans having impressed during a trail period and is ‘ready to play’.
“Dean is ready to play. He’s a man who knows how to defend, knows how to organise and gets at people. He had offers from the league for the last three or four years,” explained the Rovers boss.
Darren Clarke, who played just ahead of left back Carpenter in a wide left attacking role at Collinstown last season, also earned a contract at the Tallaght club, but will go out on loan initially.
“Trevor’s brother will go out on loan. I like him. He reminds me of Trevor 18 months ago – very raw but very, very quick and direct and makes things happen.
