The talented front man and RTE pundit will also don his boots and looks set to be one Senior 1’s star attractions next season.
‘Fabio’ has Verona previous as they were the last club he played for before he embarked on a 16 year pro career.
O’Brien remains a Drogs cult hero after becoming there all time leading scorer and captaining them to league and cup success during his stint there.
The front man also represented St Patricks Atheltic as well as other LOI clubs and had a stints in Malta and up North.
He now returns to Verona to embark on a managerial career, but will also test the Senior Sunday 1 defences as he is set to bring his boots to matches.
