Crumlin United were no match for Charlton Athletic in Richmond Park.
The English league side got their pre season off to a perfect start against the Senior Sunday side.
Playing professional outfit Charlton was always going to be a tough task for the amateur side, but would have been made more difficult by the fact Karl Robinson’s men had a solid week of pre season under the belt.
Tony Watt opened the scoring for the visitors before an og gave Charlton a two goal cushion.
Watt got his second and his sides third finishing one on one to give his side a three goal cushion.
Charlton made made wholesale changes at the break and Crumlin kept them at bay up and until the 74 minutes when Holmes extended the advantage.
Sub Josh Magennis then added a fifth with a nice turn and finish.
