Niall Hanley bagged a hat trick as Janesboro beat Moyross to go five clear at the top of the Limerick top flight.
The reigning champions were without regular goal getter Shane Clarke who was away on International duty with Ireland, but Hanley ensured the Premier Divisions perennial top scorer wasn’t missed as Boro ran out rather comfortable winners.
Hanley had ‘Boro two goals to the good before have time as the home side started impressively.
Former Aisling Annacotty and Limerick Under 19 front man Keith Mawdsley put the result beyond doubt after the turn.
Anthony McInerney reduced the arrears soon after, but Hanley rounded off a fine performance with his third and his sides fourth.
The win puts Boro five points clear of Regional United, who were in FAI Junior Cup action over the weekend.
Meanwhile Aisling Annacotty finally returned to winning ways as a second half Jason Lipper strike was enough to ear them victory over Fairview Rangers.
