Danny McSweeney has been bestowed The JSP Player of the Week honour this week!
The midfielder was stand out for Palmerstown United’s 9-3 League win over Terenure.
Not only did McSweeney score this outrageous free kick he also found the net three more times in the game.
On top of that the former Crumlin United, who now has nine goals in just seven games, registered two assists meaning he played a part in six of the nine goals.
18 year old keeper Rhys Kelly was a contender for the gong. The teen was impressive for Bluebell United in their massive clash with Crumlin United in what was only his second start for the club. Keith Quinn also impressed in that game.
Christopher Hennessy was another who impressed from midfield scoring a 10 minute first half hat trick for Yellowstone, while former winner Paul McMillian was once again inspirational for Kilmore scoring twice and assisting two and scoring win in a come from behind win over St Pauls Artane.
