Leeds end 10 year FAI Intermediate open draw wait

FAI Intermediate Cup
First division high flyers Leeds sauntered along the Road to the Aviva with an impressive FAI Intermediate Cup win over the weekend.
The young promotion hopefuls brought their league form into the big cup competition and defeated Riverstown by a comfortable four goal margin.
The win which came courtesy of a brace of braces see’s Leed’s progress to the open draw for the first time in 10 years.
The Northside outfit ended the drought thanks to a double from Jordan Murphy and a brace from ex UCC Munster Senior League winner Sean O’ Callaghan.
The Declan Feagan managed side go into the open draw undefeated in all competition and will represent a potential banana skin as things go national in the next round.
