Firhouse Clover have added another noted goal scorer to their playing roster for next season.
LSL goal scoring legend Gerry Bambrick was joined at the club by former Cherry Orchard and Bluebell talent Ryan Combes earlier this Summer and now the Tallaght side have confirmed the signing of Rory O’Connor.
O’Connor signs from Kilbarrack United, with whom he played with in the Premier A last season.
The striker has scored goals for every club he has played for including Tolka Rovers, St Mochtas and Glebe North.
After a stint with local club Skerries two seasons he joined Kilbarrack and formed a good partnership Eoin Fowler.
O’Connor, however, won’t stay with United as they begin life as an LSL side in Major Sunday 1 and has instead moved back to the top flight and signs with what looks like a very ambitious Firhouse side.
