Home Farm have won the race to sign Aaron Brilly.
The 21 year old midfielder was the subject of great interest after he announced he was departing Athlone Town.
However, Brilly has elected to move back to Senior Sunday 1 and will team up with promotion hopefuls Home Farm.
Having made his League of Ireland debut for Longford when he was 17 and having played for Cabinteely and Athlone the youngster has plenty of pro experience and will bring that with him to the Intermediate grade.
Brilly also seems to have natural leadership qualities having captained Longford under-19’s and Cabinteely during 2016 in the absence of the injured Victor Ekanem in a season where he went on to become the club’s record appearance-maker.
