Inverness Caledonian Thistle not only showed interest in a Senior Sunday player last season, but ended up signing Dean Ebbe from Bluebell United.
Now it seems another Scottish side have taken a shine to a Red Cow regular.
Ahead of Bluebell’s FAI Senior Cup clash with Shamrock Rovers on Friday last some leading papers revealed Seery had been subject to an enquiry from a Scottish Premier League outfit.
The match-winner against Cabinteely in the previous round couldn’t help his side cause a massive cup shock, but would have impressed any watching scouts with a goal scoring display.
What club are interested isn’t in the public domain, but there is concrete interest in the SPL for the wide man.
Considering Ebbe went to ICT last season some would suggest the relationship between the clubs makes Inverness the most likely suitors.
However, they are not in the top flight anymore so that rules them out.
Not to mention a change of manager meant Ebbe returned home with John Robertson keen to make changes despite positive feedback on how the former Collinstown front man had performed in his time in Scotland.
