The side renowned for having the lowest age profile in Munster Senior League football have just dropped their average age further with two teen signings.
The top flight MSL side have signed two of the successful Leeside Youth sides top players and will unless more fresh faces in Senior football next term.
Eoin Murphy and Sean O’Driscoll have signed after winning the FAI and Munster youths cups with Leeside last term.
Murphy, who joins his older brother Cian at Mary’s, was the Cork Youths League top scorer last season with 35 goals while O’Driscoll was a key part of the engine room for the underage side.
Mary’s coach Dave Hill recommended both players and has backed both to use Mary’s has a stepping stone to bigger things.
