LSL Premier Sunday
Marks Celtic-4
Tymon Bawn-2
A double from Eddie Kennedy ensured Marks Celtic maintained their 100 percent start to the season over the weekend.
The LSL Premier 1 league leaders are now the only club in the entire Leinster Senior League to have won all their league games today.
They pushed their winning run to eight with victory over Tymon Bawn, but certainly are not running away with things in the basement Sunday division.
Corduff and Palmerstown are not too far behind and Tymon gave them a game over the weekend.
The home fell behind to a Tymon peno, but responded well and were level after Eddie Kennedy found the back of the net.
A strike just minutes later from Daryl Powell saw them take a lead into the break.
Bawn leveled after the turn and looked capable of putting the 100 percent record in jeopardy.
However, Daryl Powell found the net again to put his side in front, before Kunle Doyeni sealed the deal and Marks eight straight league win benefiting from his own brilliant press.
